Linking Adjust as a Source
This guide walks through connecting an Adjust account to Actioneer. By the end, Actioneer will be able to query your attribution data, campaign performance, and install events.| Prerequisites | Adjust account with API access, Actioneer account |

Actioneer cannot create, modify, or delete any apps, trackers, callbacks, or attribution settings in your Adjust account.
Retrieve your Adjust API token
Adjust authenticates API access via a single API token tied to your user account. You cannot create multiple named tokens — each account has one token that you can retrieve or reset.
- Sign in at dash.adjust.com.
- Click the Settings icon (gear) in the bottom-left corner.
- Go to Account settings → My profile.
- Under User details, locate your API token.
- Copy the token.

SSO users: If your organization uses single sign-on, API tokens are not available in the Adjust dashboard. Contact your Adjust representative or email support@adjust.com to obtain your token.
Connect Adjust in Actioneer
- In Actioneer, click Data in the left sidebar.
- Select Adjust from the list of data sources.
- When prompted, select Direct Connection.
- Complete the connection form:

- Click Connect.
Verify and select apps
After connecting, Actioneer verifies your API token and retrieves the list of apps available in your Adjust account.
- Review the list of available apps.
- Select the apps whose data Actioneer should query.
- Confirm your selection.
You can update the selected apps later from the connection settings.

Actioneer can query attribution data, campaign performance metrics, install events, and in-app event data accessible via the Adjust Reporting API. It cannot modify trackers, callbacks, attribution settings, or any account configuration.

All credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. Each customer’s credentials are stored in isolation and are never shared across accounts or logged in plain text. Actioneer is SOC 2 Type II certified, ISO 27001 certified (audited by Schellman), and GDPR compliant.
