Data Sources

Your data source is the foundation. Connect it once — Actioneer queries it in place, no data migration. Each guide covers prerequisites, permissions, and the exact fields you need to complete the connection.
All connections use least-privilege permissions scoped to query execution and data reads. Actioneer’s IP for whitelisting: 35.244.14.238.

Amazon Athena

Connect via IAM credentials and query your Glue catalog databases.

Amazon Redshift

Create a read-only database user and connect your Redshift cluster.

Amazon S3

Attach a read-only IAM policy to a dedicated user and connect your bucket.

ClickHouse

Create a read-only user and connect your ClickHouse instance.

Databricks

Connect a SQL Warehouse using a Personal Access Token and Unity Catalog permissions.

Google BigQuery

Grant least-privilege access via a GCP service account and connect in under 15 minutes.

Google Cloud Storage

Grant Storage Object Viewer access via a service account and connect your bucket.

Google Sheets

Share a spreadsheet with Actioneer’s service account and connect in under 5 minutes.

PostgreSQL

Create a read-only database user and connect your PostgreSQL instance.

Snowflake

Create a least-privilege service user with a Programmatic Access Token.
Actioneer connects with the minimum permissions required for each source. It cannot create, modify, or delete any tables, schemas, or source data. Where a service requires write access for its own operations (e.g., Athena writes temporary query results to S3), permissions are scoped to that specific purpose only.
